All payments go into the client trust account per State Bar Rules. Powered by Law Pay, you may make a payment directly into your Trust account.

We are committed to offering low-cost legal services to the most vulnerable in our community and their families. 

Our Family Law clients are offered modified means and unbundled services. The rate is determined based on the household income and complexity of your case. We also offer unbundled services for our family law matters. We can charge flat fees that range between $500-$2000 for some of the legal services such as consultations, document reviews, document preparation, or limited-scope representation. We generally charge hourly rates for more complex consultations, document reviews of the existing document, investigations, legal research, and appearance at the hearings. 

We are committed to meeting the need for access to justice for the elderly and disabled people and their families with low and fixed incomes that can't get legal help at legal aid organizations and can't pay the customary fees for legal services. 

We offer flat fees that range from $500-$2000 for document review, research, and other limited-scope appearances. Hourly retainer fees range from $125.00-$375.00 per hour. 

Please understand that we have limited capacity to take on the matters and answer all the calls. We might not be able to help you even if you qualify for our services. We screen all of our calls. Please expect a return call at the end of the business day or the next day.
